Biebelhausener Muhle in Trier

Friendly team, good stocks of baked goods. Fluid service! "Wilde Hilde" bread looks great. Nice baked crust, I still have to get used to the taste. In any case, it stays fresh for a long time, has a bit of yoghurt flavor and is nice and juicy. So first of all "not bad" The price bothers me a bit ... I've never eaten such expensive bread ...... But I think I'll buy it once a month. I have to try with which topping it "goes well" Definitely praise to the Biebelhausen bread developers!

Bratwurst sandwich was almost entirely eaten by our 6 year old son. Great place for hungry people who don't want to wait long!

BUT HELLO, the snack next door has nothing to do with the Biebelhauser mill. Do not understand that someone can confuse bread with bratwurst. Find that just the staff in the Simeonstr. every praise deserves 👼👼👼. The staff is very friendly, attentive, neat. At 08.15h morning the counter is already fully stocked and invites you to shop. At Biebelhausen I can especially recommend the Beschreider Mühlenbrot, Parisien Baquette and the Croissant Beurre.

Best bratwurst ever. Whenever I'm in Trier, I have to eat bratwurst. My wife loves the ham and the meatballs. Very cheap and you will be very nice.

Great bakery with handcrafted products, what you can taste. The long lines prove it.

Reviews here like "Bratwurst doesn't taste good" or completely unfounded calls not to visit the bakery, I can't understand. From my experience, all bread products are always fresh and delicious, the staff is very friendly. I think it's one of the best bakeries left.
